തിരുവനന്തപുരം: പ്രതിസന്ധികള്‍ നിറഞ്ഞ ലോകത്ത് മാനവിക മൂല്യങ്ങള്‍ സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്ന ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന് നിര്‍ണായക പങ്കുള്ളതിനാല്‍ ഇന്ത്യയുമായുള്ള സഹകരണത്തെ ജര്‍മ്മനി അത്യന്തം വിലമതിക്കുന്നതായി ജര്‍മ്മനിയുടെ കോണ്‍സല്‍ ജനറല്‍ അഹിം ബുര്‍കാര്‍ട്ട് പറഞ്ഞു. ബെര്‍ലിന്‍ മതിലിന്‍റെ വീഴ്ചയുടെ 35~ാം വാര്‍ഷികവും ജര്‍മ്മനിയുടെ ഏകതാ ദിനവും പ്രമാണിച്ച് ഹോട്ടല്‍ ഹയാത്ത് റീജന്‍സിയില്‍ ഗൊയ്ഥെ~സെന്‍ട്രം സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച ചടങ്ങില്‍ സംസാരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹം.

ആഗോളതലത്തില്‍ ഇന്ത്യ വന്‍ മുന്നേറ്റം നടത്തിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്. എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങളിലും രാജ്യങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് പരസ്പരം യോജിക്കാന്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ലെങ്കിലും മൂല്യവത്തായ സഹകരണം സാധ്യമാണ്. അത് ഭാവിയില്‍ ഗണ്യമായ മാറ്റങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വഴിവയ്ക്കുമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി. പങ്കാളിത്തം ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിലൂടെ ഇന്ത്യയ്ക്കും ജര്‍മ്മനിക്കും വളരെയധികം നേട്ടമുണ്ടാക്കാന്‍ സാധിക്കുമെന്നും ഒരുമിച്ചുള്ള പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ തുടരണമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.

മാനവികതയ്ക്ക് എതിരായ വെല്ലുവിളികള്‍ ഭയാനകമാണെങ്കിലും ഇന്ത്യയും ജര്‍മ്മനിയും പോലുള്ള ജനാധിപത്യ രാജ്യങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അവരുടെ ശേഷി ഉപയോഗിച്ച് മാറ്റം സൃഷ്ടിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയുമെന്നതിനാല്‍ പ്രതീക്ഷ കൈവിടേണ്ടതില്ല. തങ്ങളുടെ മക്കള്‍ക്ക് സുരക്ഷിതമായി സ്വാതന്ത്യത്തോടെ അന്തസായി ജീവിക്കണം എന്ന ഒറ്റക്കാര്യമാണ് ലോകത്തിലെ ബഹുഭൂരിപക്ഷം ജനങ്ങളും ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നത്. സ്വേച്ഛാധിപതികള്‍ക്ക് ഇക്കാര്യത്തില്‍ ഭിന്നാഭിപ്രായം മാത്രമേ ഉണ്ടാകൂവെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.
